Victorian Mother-of-Pearl Calling Card Case

Description

An elegant late Victorian calling card case made from natural, iridescent mother-of-pearl panels. The section opens to a bright red fabric lining. The bottom is missing its mother-of-pearl panel, and a small corner is missing off the top. Condition is fair - visible signs of use. Probably used during by a lady between 1910 and 1930.
