Shipping
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail, while international orders are sent using DHL Express. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, nor for items that the tracking service indicates have been delivered but are not found by the recipient.
Furthermore, international orders may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of the order. We are not liable for any customs-related fees associated with your purchase.
Once your item has left our facility, it is handled by Royal Mail or DHL, and any further inquiries regarding your shipment must be directed to them. If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address or if it is unclaimed, you will need to pay the shipping fee again to have it resent.
